SILK GROUP intervenes as a partner in the professional and pedagogical development of the teaching profession. We are aware of the schools’ efforts in this area and our intervention will serve as a contribution to this effort. Whether formal or non-formal education, quality, socially equitable education is essential to ensure that all children, young people, and adults have the same opportunities to build their future.
Our objective is to develop training and follow-up programs in collaboration with schools, which address equity, learner-centred approaches, as well as cultural and community integration on both social and academic levels. Our programs focus on the institutions’ vision for education, on multi-stakeholder data (school leaders, parents, students, teachers, accreditation bodies) and on how to improve teacher learning and learners.
