Our professional development structures work in cycles, dividing the school's teaching staff into learning communities. These learning communities are constantly guided and monitored by our consultants and experts through the establishment of local collaborative structures that include:

The purpose of these structures is to reduce discrepancies in teaching quality across departments, create a database of overlapping resources, and establish the “Learn-Grow-Share” cycle.
